JOB OBJECTIVES/JOB EVALUATIONS - DMA GROUP STYLE
DMA Group consulting team members have utilized DMA Group Style Job Objectives/job Evaluations in a variety of businesses, big and small, manufacturing, retail, wholesale distribution and service firms since 1981.

- Measurable -Quarterly, Semiannually, Or Annually.
- Agreed Upon By All Involved, WITHOUT Reservation - Everyone's Acceptance Is Critical.
- Reverses The Usual Top-Down Management Directives/Objectives - Creating A Management Partnership And Empowerment.
- For The Benefit Of All Involved.
- Individually Weighted Job Objectives To Reflect Importance Or Value Of Each To The Company.
- Is Treated By DMA Group As Public Information Within The Company.
- Changes Each Year To Reflect Company Changes.
Features Of Job Evaluations - DMA Group Style:
- Assumes Desire Of Evaluation Participants To Be 'Students Of The Business'.
- Allows For Self Evaluation.
- Numerically Quantifiable Scores By Three Individuals - Including DMA Group CTM As An Objective Third Party.
- Brief Written Explanation Of Each Score, Emphasizing 'Tools' And Skills Needed To Continue Performance Improvement.
- Refine job Objectives For Next Period During Periodic job Evaluation Meetings.
- DMA Group Participates As The Objective Third Party In The Quarterly, Semiannual Or Annual Reviews.
