Order Online Graph

 1.  Your customer enters and shops in the electronic (online) catalog that is hosted by CCOL computers.  When the customer searches and finds a specific itme of interest, detailed product description can be requested.  The CCOL computers quickly process the request, and transmits the detailed product information (text, photos, and diagrams) back to the customer.   As products are selected for puchase, they are placed in a very convenient 'shopping cart'.

2.   When your customer finishes selecting the products for purchase, their order is transmitted to CCOL computers.   The customer is then asked to confirm or modify, and submit the order.   The secure computer requests the customer's payment and shipping information.

3.   Complete order information, payment & shipping, is immediately sent to the vendor (you).  A detailed record of each order will be sent directly to the vendor via e-mail, fax, or postal mail.

4.   The vendor fulfills the order by processing the customer's payment information, credit card or P.O. number, and then shipping the merchandise to the buyer.  Note that the online catalog can be configured whereby the vendor utilizes a banking partner to immediately process the transaction, and electronically transmit payment directly to the vendor's bank account.

5.   The vendor can directly update their online catalog anytime at no extra cost.  The catalog is easily accessed from your computers via password; no special skills are needed for updates.
